Cabinet, our bespoke document management system has been adopted by its first Spanish Client; ‘Asociación Albores de Murcia’ – an independent non-profit company in Spain who act on behalf of individuals at social risk.
The organisation, who opted for the ‘LITE’ version which is hosted online, first decided to go for Cabinet for one of their projects. However, after realising the potential of the document management system and the opportunities it could bring they decided to roll it out across the entire organisation.
The solution will allow them to give access to certain folders and update their clients directly from Cabinet, thanks to its many secure access control features which provide the peace of mind needed when allowing access to sensitive data. This gives the clients instant information on the case at hand. Users are able to log in at any time, from any device.
Cabinet has been completely translated and rolled out in Spanish specifically to cater for the Spanish market.
