Eurosport have decided to extend their customer service, offering the possibility for their clients to shop online. They approached Aqubix who came up with a completely bespoke, user friendly, mobile compliant eCommerce solution.
Aqubix developed an end-to-end eCommerce system which besides allowing customers to buy online, provides Eurosport with added functionality which includes an ordering system, automatic delivery notification and loyalty scheme programme management.
The solution integrates seamlessly with Eurosport’s stock system for automatic invoicing and updating of stock availability.
The back-end management system is also developed to allow the solution administrators to update the eCommerce system, create and send mailshots and manage user rights and accessibility easily and quickly.
