GreenPak Malta approached Aqubix as they wished to make a number of services they offer the market more easily accessible.
Services include waste pick-up and recycling, refunds, consumer and business schemes, as well as advice and compliance.
The solution put forward allows GreenPak to bring these services to the forefront as well as has enabled them to automate a number of internal processes. The content management system that Aqubix developed manages all GreenPak’s recycling clients’ forms, their invoicing, as well as deals with processing all fees coming from MEPA – Malta Environment Planning Authority.
The system also caters for individual households ‘My Account’ usage, recycling incentives by locality and has an automated feature to send out quotes as needed.
This newly developed site has provided GreenPak with a more reliable and secure platform. The user friendly solution is a bespoke system designed specifically to cater to the clients’ requirements which can be updated and managed by appointed administrators. The solution also enables them to add functionality at a later date as and when the necessity may arise.
